If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will have to be adjusted or rescheduled for another day, resulting in a 50% charge of the original scheduled service. Cancellations We ask that you call or message us 48 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Any appointments cancelled after the 48-hour period will result in a 50% service charge. Same day cancellations will result in 100% service charge. Please reschedule if you are sick or tested positive for Covid-19. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with your service or products purchased at the salon, please contact us within seven days of your initial visit. We will accommodate you as best as we can to make things right. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions you may experience at our salon or with our products. Payment We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Cash. Cancellation Policy
*50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within 48 hours.
*Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 90%.
*Rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged 50% if not able to reschedule within 7 days of initial appointment.
*Clients more than 15 minutes late must reschedule their appointments to the next available date and are subject to 50% charge on service fee.
